By downloading any image or digital asset from LurkaWindo, you agree to be bound by this Download Policy. This policy governs how you may use the files you download and outlines our terms regarding digital goods. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not download assets from our platform.
2. Image Licensing & Ownership
When you download an image from LurkaWindo, you are purchasing (or downloading for free, where applicable) a license to use the image, not the copyright to the image itself.
Copyright Remains: The original contributor or LurkaWindo retains full ownership and copyright of the downloaded asset.
No Exclusivity: You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any of our images, whether you have modified them or kept them in their original state.
3. Acceptable and Prohibited Use
We want you to create amazing things with our images, but there are strict rules to protect our contributors:
Allowed: You may use downloaded images for personal, commercial, editorial, or client projects (such as websites, social media, advertising, and blogs) according to the specific license provided at checkout.
Prohibited: You may not resell, redistribute, or offer our images as standalone files on competing stock platforms. Furthermore, downloaded images cannot be used to promote violence, hate speech, illegal activities, or explicit adult content.
4. Digital Delivery and File Integrity
All digital assets are provided "as is." While we enforce high-quality standards for our uploads, we do not guarantee that every image will perfectly meet the technical requirements of your specific project or software. If you download a file that is corrupted or broken, please contact our support team via email or support ticket, and we will do our best to provide a working copy of the asset.
5. Refund Policy for Digital Downloads
Because stock photography and digital assets cannot be "returned" once downloaded, all sales and premium downloads are final. * We do not offer refunds, cash back, or credit for downloaded files.
If you complete a deposit to purchase premium credits, you agree not to file a dispute or chargeback. Fraudulent activity, including filing false chargebacks after downloading images, will result in the immediate and permanent ban of your LurkaWindo account.
6. Account Security & Download Abuse
Your account is for your personal or business use only. Using automated bots, scrapers, or unauthorized software to mass-download images from LurkaWindo is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account showing suspicious downloading behavior or unauthorized sharing of login credentials.
